Date Watcher Adults Eggs Young Observations Photo Edit
April 18 Hillary1776 2 N N
Note: Both male and female present on nest. Whenever other osprey flew too near, they vocalized.
May 3 Hillary1776 0 N N
Note: No birds observed at the nest
May 14 Randi V. 0 N N
Note: Lots of songbird activity, no signs of osprey. Lots of plastic debris
May 25 Hillary1776 1 N N
Note: Saw one adult on the nest hunkered down in the nest bowl, barely visible, save for the head. Presume it was the female on egg(s) however it is not possible to see into the nest to determine if there are eggs, so I flagged that question as No.
June 6 Hillary1776 1 N N
Note: Saw one bird mainly hunkered down in the nest bowl. it vocalized a few times but never was visible enough to determine male or female. Presume there are eggs or very young birds in the nest.
June 7 Hillary1776 2 N N
Note: Please disregard the earlier next check. I was not logged-in and now cannot delete it. This morning the male was at the nest, perched on the wooden arm with a half-eaten bunker. The female was in the nest bowl, with only her head visible. Still unclear if there are actually eggs or young, but I think it is highly likely there is at least one.
