Nest in dead tree on the north edge of the pond/marsh inside Washburn Park in Marion. Another dead tree nearby used as a perch by the ospreys.

Note: Observed one osprey in a dead tree who later flew over to the nest. A 2nd osprey wne by, then they flew off together.

Note: No ospreys were visible at the nest, unless the female was sitting very low in the deep nest. Will have to check back to see if the nest was abandoned.
