Description
Chesapeake, VA. On top of a 40' steel pile where Scuffletown Creek flows into the Elizabeth River. There's a tugboat operation there. I believe the pile secures a barge.

| Note: | While I was at the park, a juvenile and an adult flew to the nest together. The juvenile begged. I didn't observe feeding. It appears, then, that the adult pair here produced 1 young. Milestones dates are all guesses. | ||||||
