| Note: | Heard the call of osprey early March. Two showed up shortly after that. Perched on field lights and in nearby trees. By mid to late March I did not hear or see them. There the new school construction in the exact area which led me to think they would not nest and have left. Last week in March up until today they returned and have begun nest maintenance. They perch on either side of the nest often. | ||||||
OspreyWatch is managed by The Center for Conservation Biology. The project was developed in an attempt to bring together a global community of observers to collect information for the common good. The project is unfunded and, as such, has been created and managed by unpaid staff and volunteers. Please help support the dedicated individuals who maintain the project.
