Note: Female has returned to the nesting site from last year, unfortunately the top of the snag no longer intact and it appears the female is arranging sticks in what remains of the top. Male observed in a live tree nearby.

Note: This presumed pair from last year are working tediously to repair the fallen top. Last week was just a few sticks and now it is a semblance of a nest to a varying degree. One adult observed with its back to me, no incubation or confirmed copulating as of now.
