| Note: | Partly cloudy in 60's. (2pm-3pm). No evidence of nesting and no osprey on platform, although one did circle the area for a couple of minutes. Bald eagle later flew through and appears to nest nearby. 6 or 7 vultures circled the area to the east over the hour of observation. Tree swallows very present (with some courting) as observation vantage is near bird boxes. MM | ||||||

| Note: | 2:50-3:45pm. Partly sunny, 50s. No osprey on platform and no nesting materials (twigs, etc.). 2 redwing blackbirds hanging out on the platform but not nesting. Sighted 4 osprey (2 pairs maybe) in the general vicinity but none came near the platform area. Bald eagle passed through (nest nearby). (MM) | ||||||
