I would not be able to determine if there were eggs in the nest from my vantage point so I cannot confirm yes or no. Since all the nests in the Trustom preserve area had a single osprey in the nest - and all were sitting - an educated guess would be that they were sitting on eggs. | ||||||

| Note: | Initially one female seen in the nest, then the head of one fledgling. Male arrived with a fish and then took off with the fish - returning again with something (fish) in his talons. Two other osprey were circling in the area - the male left the nest, flew near the other osprey but without apparent chasing, returned a few minutes later. Female observed feeding the fledgling. | ||||||
