Description

In April 2024, I noticed a pair building their nest atop the PSEG Lawrenceville Southern Division tower. Based on daily observations from April 2024 through September 2024, I believe this pair had two broods. After the pair left in September, PSEG cleared off the nest from the tower. I’ve been living next to the PSEG property for six years and never noticed ospreys nesting atop the tower. On March 16, 2025, I observed one individual flying around and soon enough, a pair has returned to the tower to build their nest for this season! Unfortunately, the tower is extremely tall and it’s near impossible to tell what’s going on up there.
