Note: Mom got tangled in fishing line. Baby fell out of nest. Fripp Island Naturalist was called and they transported both the mom and baby to hospital. Wound up at Awendaw.

Note: One in the nest but eventually flew away and back several times. The other one was flying when I arrived but landed on a pine tree about 100 yards from nest. Moved higher up to another pine.

Note: Was away from 7/18-28. But since then, only 1 juvenile in nest either early in morning or early evening but not everyday.

Note: Only 1 osprey is observed at various times of the day (usually early morning or evening) standing in the nest. Cannot tell which of the 2 juveniles it is, but always only 1. This is the case everyday so far.
