Located on the top of Buccaneer Village Condo Bldg 3. A somewhat messy nest built around the roof vents. The monitor has named them Buck and Ann.

Note: Carol C reports: Both osprey were in the nest. It appears that incubation is underway as evidenced by the constant presence of an osprey in the nest in a flat position. Based on the last two observations, incubation will be recorded as starting 3/7.
