HHI Osprey Watch
Description
This nest is at the very top of a cell tower at Islander's Beach (92 Folly Field Rd.). There was previous nest in a tree at 85 Folly Field Rd that was removed in 2024 for development. of timeshares. The pair, named Ozzie and Harriet, appears to have rebuilt on this cell tower in 2026. The nest # 7473 will be maintained.

| Note: | Linda S reports: I saw an Osprey standing on the platform at the Islanders Park & pretty sure I heard some “peeps”. Still can’t see in the nest but hopefully as they grow I will be able to see movement & figure out how many young ones are there. This sounds promising & fingers crossed I will know more soon. NOTE: Given this observation, with peeps coming from the nest, incubation is declared. | ||||||
