The nest is on a platform that is low in the marsh next to the crabbing dock on the Harbor Island gated community.

This nest was marked as lost on May 8, 2025. No idea what happened. Adults acted like they were feeding nestlings but they couldn't be seen yet. On 5/7/2025 both adults were observed off nest but nearby. After that they did not go back to the nest. On 5/09 I was able to gain access to a nearby home
