Cincitucky
Description
Nest in crotch of tree visible from backyard of 8 Scaup Ct. In 2025 a visitor reported this nest very late in the season so we have no data. A member of the Hilton Head group did verify the nest location in August 2025, but no osprey were visible. It has been added to the project and will be monitored by the HHI group for 2026. This pair has been named Zeus (m) and Hera (f).

| Note: | Joanne V reports: This nest is on private property and can only be seen from the back yard. There is a public access path behind the nest that goes around a lagoon. This nest was first discovered toward the end of the 2025 season so no data has been recorded as yet. Today an osprey was heard nearby and briefly seen flying out of a nearby tree. Another check will be made toward the end of the month. | ||||||

OspreyWatch is managed by The Center for Conservation Biology. The project was developed in an attempt to bring together a global community of observers to collect information for the common good. The project is unfunded and, as such, has been created and managed by unpaid staff and volunteers. Please help support the dedicated individuals who maintain the project.
