Description

April 15, 2024. This is a prominent nest along the west side of Deep Bottom loop. It's been there for a number of years, and it fell in one of the recent wind storms. Totally gone sometime around April 12, 2024. The pair was incubating during the time of falling. April 25, 2024. This pair of osprey built a new nest about 50' away from their old location, and did so in ten days. Nest looks nearly complete.
